Civil Commitment Conference

This conference addresses topics of interest to attorneys who represent respondents in civil commitment proceedings. The 2011 conference provided an overview of civil commitment proceedings, beginning with a look at the pre-commitment phase and ending with tips and strategies for preserving the record for appellate review. Cancellation policy

Course participants who cancel their registration on or before January 11, 2013 will receive a full refund. Those who cancel on or before January 18, 2013 will receive a full refund, less a $25 cancellation fee. No refund will be made for cancellations made after January 18, 2013. All cancellations must be submitted in writing, as outlined in the School's cancellation policy.
