Jenny Neville
Jenny Neville is the Deputy Director of the School of Government’s Center for Public Leadership and Governance. She is responsible for the strategic and operational management of the Center––coordinating communications, managing partner relationships, and supporting personnel and administrative matters. Prior to joining the School of Government in 2019, she worked internationally to advance good governance––scaling up programs, managing multi-million-dollar budgets, and building partnerships for growth. She served as the Director for USAID/Zambia's Office of Democracy Human Rights and Governance where she oversaw U.S. Government foreign assistance to build local government capacity, promote free and fair elections, and support human rights. She also served as the Country Director for the nonprofit conflict transformation organization, Search for Common Ground in Angola. Jenny holds a B.S. in Biology and Philosophy from Saint Andrews College in Laurinburg, NC, and an M.A. in International Relations/Social Change and Development from the Johns Hopkins School for Advanced International Studies.
