As program manager, Kayla Fowler manages and supports programs that serve public defenders and other groups. She joined the School of Government in 2022.
Previously, Fowler served as the Director of Experiential STEM Programs, managing undergraduate programs and events, courses, and assessments for Douglass Residential College’s Women in STEM Office at Rutgers University. Additionally, she served as an adjunct instructor.
Fowler earned a bachelor's degree and MPH from Rutgers University.
