Knapp Library
The Joseph Palmer Knapp Library houses a large collection of material on state and local government, public administration, and management to support the School's instructional and research programs and the educational mission of the Master of Public Administration program. Reference and research services are available to all residents of North Carolina, and additional assistance is available to state and local government personnel, both elected and appointed.
- Covid-19 Response

As communications manager, Mary Parry directs communications for the ncIMPACT Initiative, including social media management, e-mail marketing, web design, graphic design, and other marketing needs. Through this work, she also manages communications for the Carolina Across 100 initiative.

Parry joined the School of Government in November 2021. Previously, she worked as a communications consultant for non-profit organizations across North Carolina. She earned a bachelor's degree from Texas Christian University.
