Medical Malpractice Fundamentals for Superior Court Judges

This course is offered to Superior Court judges by the North Carolina Judicial College. Spend a day at the School of Government discussing some of the issues that set medical negligence cases apart from other civil matters on your docket. The course will address both legal theories and practical considerations important to managing these cases. Sessions will cover the following topics:
