This case prep session emphasizes the differences between preparing a felony case in superior court versus a district court case, and provides an overview of the process of handling superior court felonies. The session emphasizes the need for attorneys to know the law, know their client, be organized, and be able to identify potential issues in their cases. Other topics include developing a written motions practice, jury selection, and preservation.
