Knapp Library
The Joseph Palmer Knapp Library houses a large collection of material on state and local government, public administration, and management to support the School's instructional and research programs and the educational mission of the Master of Public Administration program. Reference and research services are available to all residents of North Carolina, and additional assistance is available to state and local government personnel, both elected and appointed.
- Covid-19 Response

As research project director for the Environmental Finance Center, Tenika McMillan provides personnel management and researches barriers and solutions to increasing water service connections in underserved areas. Prior to joining the School, she worked in program management, research, and evaluation for the UNC System Office.

She joined the School of Government in 2022. McMillan earned a bachelor's degree from Fayetteville State University and master's degree from North Carolina Central University.
