Knapp Library
The Joseph Palmer Knapp Library houses a large collection of material on state and local government, public administration, and management to support the School's instructional and research programs and the educational mission of the Master of Public Administration program. Reference and research services are available to all residents of North Carolina, and additional assistance is available to state and local government personnel, both elected and appointed.
- Covid-19 Response

State Treasurer Dale Folwell will address local government officials in attendance for the sixteenth annual North Carolina State Treasurers Conference. This one-day conference provides a forum to update local government finance officials and independent auditors on current governmental accounting, auditing, and financial management issues.

Dale R. Folwell was a four-term member of the N.C. House of Representatives, including two years as Speaker Pro Tempore. During that time, he sponsored 29 major pieces of legislation enacted with bipartisan support.   More recently, he was Assistant Secretary of Commerce with the Division of Employment Security, where he took a broken unemployment system and turned it into a national leader in debt-repayment, quality and customer service.
