Getting Justice Done: A Judicial District Executive Seminar

  • Chapel Hill, NC

North Carolina’s court system has experienced its fair share of challenges and change over the past few years. Pandemic-related protocols and delays, retirements, the implementation of eCourts, and other events have exerted pressures on the system and the people who lead and manage it. This court leadership series is designed to help you develop or strengthen your team; help your team develop case management strategies to increase disposition times; and help your team address change as you prepare for Odyssey implementation and other developments.
