Communities face these challenging questions everyday, and the answers have direct impacts on citizens, economic development, and community quality of life. This session, the Land Use Top 10, will provide an overview of the rules and considerations for local planning and development regulations in North Carolina.

School of Government faculty members, Adam Lovelady and Jim Joyce, will walk through the topics listed below, and then participants will have opportunities for small group discussions about the issues their particular communities face.
