Overview of Decedents' Estates

This session will provide an introduction to the administration of a decedent’s estate.  It will cover basic terminology, the clerk’s role and responsibility, an overview of formal administration and alternatives to formal administration, and the sources of law and resources available to support the clerk in this field of work.
