Registration will close one week before the program.
Are you a board member interested in learning more context about development decisions? Are you a manager with some responsibility for the planning department? Are you an experienced planner who is new to North Carolina? In other words, do you need an introduction to planning and zoning in North Carolina? Planning and Zoning 101 is the course for you.
Over the course of two half-days, this condensed course will survey planning, zoning, subdivision, and growth management. This primer gives more depth than a half-day board workshop, while not demanding as much time as the zoning certification courses.
