Beaufort Hotel Parking:
Participants that are attending the conference but are not staying at the Beaufort Hotel have a couple of options.
If you choose to valet, the cost is $10.00 per day per vehicle.
If you choose to self-park, there is a large, gated lot on the left before you arrive at the hotel. The valet and/or front desk folks will be able to answer any questions when you arrive.
Overflow Hotel Block:
When the Beaufort Hotel block is full, there is an overflow hotel block at the Bask Hotel, 814 Shepard St, Morehead City NC 28557. The block rate will end June 4, 2025. Make reservations online or call the hotel directly. Follow the instructions below.
Call the Bask Hotel directly at 252-499-9200 to speak with reservations. Use the group name NCCCMA or the personal group code SGS06192025 along with the arrival and departure dates of your stay.
OR book online at www.baskhotel.com and Select Reservations box located on the upper right hand corner.
At the top click on Add a Promo/Group Code. Enter block code- SGS06192025 into the pop-up box.
Click Start Planning, Select the season in which you are trying to visit, Enter check in and out dates.
Click next and you will have a chance to enter your information to receive promotional emails. You can enter your information or hit skip this step at the top.
