Join Chris McLaughlin for a discussion about the obligations of local government tax officials under NC public records law. Which records must be disclosed to the public? Which records must be kept confidential? What rules apply to local government websites?  How long do we have to keep all of these records? Answers to these questions and more will provided during the 90 minute discussion.  NCTCA continuing education credit available. 

The registration fee is listed for $75, but to make our regular courses more accessible during the COVID-19 pandemic, we are offering a 25% discount on registration fees for programs that begin between March 23 through June 30 that are to be held online.
