Guardianship Proceedings for Appointed Counsel

Session topics at this year's conference will include advocating for services and treatment in mental health and substance abuse cases, considering alternatives to guardianship, pushing back on common presumptions, and the real role of the guardian ad litem.

Attendees: This conference is open to public defenders, appellate defenders, and private attorneys who represent respondents in guardianship proceedings.

CLE: This conference will offer approximately 5.0 hours of continuing legal education (CLE) credit.
