To be an effective advocate, attorneys must know the evidence that exists both for and against their client. This session by Juvenile Chief Mary Stansell with the Wake County Public Defender’s Office explores the answers to the who, what, when, where, and why questions of discovery in juvenile court. Additionally, registrants will learn the relevant laws regarding discovery and practical tips for the most common types of evidence encountered in juvenile court.
