"Taking" Found for Beach Access Dedication Requirement: Nolan v. California Coastal Commission

Discusses the second U.S. Supreme Court decision within two weeks in which the Court ruled in favor of property owners and against governments enforcing land-use restrictions. The decision ruled a land-use regulation amounted to an unconstitutional "taking" of private property under the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments to the U.S. Constitution.
