The James C. Drennan Fund for Judicial Education
The School of Government provides high-quality, diligently nonpartisan education for judges, magistrates, clerks of court, district attorneys, public defenders, and other court officials across North Carolina.
The Drennan endowment provides stable annual funds to support these specialized education programs that help improve North Carolina's judicial processes.
The endowment was initiated by friends and colleagues to honor the outstanding accomplishments of Professor Jim Drennan, a long-time member of the courts faculty and director of the North Carolina Judicial College.
