Knapp Library
The Joseph Palmer Knapp Library houses a large collection of material on state and local government, public administration, and management to support the School's instructional and research programs and the educational mission of the Master of Public Administration program. Reference and research services are available to all residents of North Carolina, and additional assistance is available to state and local government personnel, both elected and appointed.

1- Download the blank CPE form below to your computer:

Change the file name to your LASTNAME_FIRSTNAME_25_COMP, and fill it out. You will submit one form one time at the end of the conference.

2- Upload your completed CPE form

3- Final deadline to submit your form is Friday, May 16th, 2025 5:00pm. Be sure to also save your completed CPE form for your records

4- You will receive an email confirmation once you submit your form. We are unable to accept email or faxes of this document. Emailed forms will NOT be saved.
