One-Day Criminal Law Seminar for Magistrates
This course is sponsored by NC Administrative Office of the Courts.
This program will focus on criminal law and procedure issues pertinent to magistrates. Sessions likely will include a case law and legislative update and an ethics session. This course will provide 4.0-6.0 hours of education.
This course is appropriate for most magistrates, with sessions related to criminal law and procedure, legal updates, ethics, and other topics of general interest.
Training sessions may be repeated from the recent fall magistrates’ conference.
