Reappraisal in North Carolina
This four-day workshop focuses on the law and practice governing the general reappraisal of real property in North Carolina. It is designed to help assessors and appraisal staff use statistical measures to better ensure the accuracy and uniformity of property tax assessments, learn the basics of general reappraisal, and objectively plan for the next reappraisal. This hybrid course will be held simultaneously at the School of Government and online.
