Reappraisal in North Carolina

This workshop focuses on law and practice governing the general reappraisal of real property in North Carolina. It is designed to help assessors and the appraisal staff use statistical measures to better ensure accuracy and uniformity of property tax assessments, learn the basics of general reappraisal, and how to objectively plan for the next reappraisal. This course will be held at the School of Government.

This course is approved with the NC Department of Revenue for 15 credit hours for Appraisers and Assessors.
