Regional Board Workshop

The School of Government is hitting the road. In April and May, we will be in regional locations across the state to lead half-day workshops on quasi-judicial zoning decisions. These workshops will focus on the procedures and considerations for variances, special use permits, and appeals of staff decisions. The target audience is boards of adjustment and other boards making quasi-judicial decisions, as well as the staff who serve them.

Monday, April 28, 2025 - Boone

Monday, May 5, 2025 - Wilson

Group Registrations: Groups of 5-20 people can receive a $10 per person discount. You must designate one person to register all parties in the same transaction to activate the discount.
