  • City and County Clerks' SchoolMunicipal clerks, county clerks, boards of county commissioners, regional council secretaries, and their deputies are invited to increase their knowledge and improve their skills at the Annual City and County Clerks’ Academy. The school provides help with practical problems confronted by clerks as well as opportunities for professional development and informal learning. 
  • Master Municipal Clerk Academy: Master Clerks Academy I and II offer topics of interest to certified county and city clerks, regional council secretaries, and their deputies, and those seeking certification. These courses provide a more in depth study of the clerks duties and focus on topics relevant in an ever changing work environment.
  • Workshop for New Clerks: The New Clerks Academy and Institute covers clerks’ duties and city and county governing board procedures. This course is tailored towards the needs of new clerks, but may also serve as a refresher for the established clerk.
  • IIMC Clerks' Certification InstituteThe Certification Institute provides a way for persons who are interested in being designated as Certified Municipal Clerks by the International Institute of Municipal Clerks (IIMC) to fulfill the educational component of the CMC requirements.
