Who are these courses for?
These courses are for anyone who wants to focus on leadership as part of their professional skillset. Whether you are new to leadership training, or have taken extensive courses before - smart leaders know their learning is never over. If you supervise a team or want to contribute as a part of a whole, leadership skills can help in any situation.
How much does each course cost?
Our one day courses are priced at $485. For courses that span the course of several days the price may vary.
What is included in the price?
Course registration fees cover any course materials and any learning assessments, all course content, and lunch on the day. Each course is created with room for personalization, coaching, and plenty of one-on-one time with the instructor. The goal for these one-day drive-in drive-out courses is to address problems specific to attendees and provide them with applicable learning to use after the course.
How should I determine which course to take?
If a course from our course list doesn't immediately align with your goals, reach out to us! Contact Lydian Altman or Peg Carlson to discuss your current needs and determine which course is right for you. Our courses are not offered in a particular order, and do not have pre-requistites - though some might compliement each other when taken in sucession.
Can I find scholarship support towards a course?
Scholarships are available through the generosity of Local Government Federal Credit Union. Visit their page for more details.
Will courses count toward my professional credentialing?
It may - depending on the course content and the certification you are working towards. Please check with your professional association.
