Contempt of Court

In Contempt of Court, School of Government Professor Michael Crowell (retired) reviews the differences between criminal and civil contempt and direct and indirect criminal contempt. Professor Crowell discusses sanctions that can be imposed--and the procedures to follow--for each kind of contempt. Contempt by juveniles is briefly discussed at the end of this presentation.
