In providing coaching services to clients, coaches enter into an interactive, inquiry based relationship focused on tapping into the client’s own knowledge, wisdom and creativity to move them forward in addressing any aspect of their life in which they desire a change.

Coaching is often confused with mentoring and consulting, yet they are not the same.

  • Mentors offer guidance and advice, generally to a less seasoned person.
  • Consultants apply their expertise to specific issues or problems.
  • Coaches tap the power of the client using powerful questions, skilled listening, and an action-oriented process.
