The North Carolina City and County Management Association underwrites the majority of the costs of the Transition Support Program (professional coaching) pilot program, which in an outgrowth of the latest strategic planning process, to “meet the varied needs of managers (experience level, diversity, size of jurisdiction).”

Members who wish to participate are asked to contribute 25% of the cost of the coaching services, or $625.  For those in need, a limited number of partial scholarships are available through the NCCCMA Professional Development committee.  Click here to fill out the NCCCMA Scholarship Application, and return to Jeff Repp, NCCCMA Professional Development chair, at jrepp@cityofbsl.org or 910-363-0013.
