Knapp Library
The Joseph Palmer Knapp Library houses a large collection of material on state and local government, public administration, and management to support the School's instructional and research programs and the educational mission of the Master of Public Administration program. Reference and research services are available to all residents of North Carolina, and additional assistance is available to state and local government personnel, both elected and appointed.
- Covid-19 Response

As research associate for the ncIMPACT Initiative, Abigail Holdsclaw supports the research and evaluation efforts of the team, primarily through curriculum and materials development, program coordination, and research for Carolina Across 100.

She joined the School of Government in 2022. Previously, Holdsclaw worked as a data analyst for Public Impact Education Consultants. She provided implementation support for the UNC System "Leaders in Literacy" Initiative, aided the development the web-based "Opportunity Culture" tool, and collected and organized data on a variety of education topics as part of the data analytics team.

She earned dual bachelor's degrees from UNC-Chapel Hill and is currently pursing her MPH.
