Jackson Dille joined DFI in 2026 as a real estate development analyst, where he focuses on public-private partnerships and works with the diverse stakeholders involved in real estate development.
Before joining DFI, Dille worked on affordable housing policy for the City of Spanish Fork, Utah and studied the impact of different development patterns on municipal finances while working with the Town of Apex, North Carolina.
Dille earned dual master's degrees in urban planning and public administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
