Natalie Larson joined the School of Government in 2026, where she works closely with prospective students interested in the Master of Public Administration (MPA) program, advising them through the admissions process.
Before joining the School of Government, she served as a client strategist with Spark 451, where she partnered with institutions across the country on marketing, communications, and CRM strategy aligned with enrollment goals. Prior to that, she was the director of graduate admissions at Elon University and the admissions marketing and communications coordinator at UNC-Wilmington. She began her career as an admissions counselor at Drake University.
Larson earned a B.S. in Psychology at Drake University followed by her M.A. in Higher Education at Elon University.
