Stevens H. Clarke

Stevens H. Clarke was a member of the faculty at the School of Government from 1971 to 2002. He provided assistance to the Governor's Crime Commission, briefing the group on studies of crime, delinquency, and criminal justice. He also advised on the study and effects of the 1983 Safe Roads Act. Areas of expertise included criminal justice, criminal and correctional law, and statistical analysis of criminal justice administration and policy. He earned an LLB from Columbia University.
