Knapp Library
The Joseph Palmer Knapp Library houses a large collection of material on state and local government, public administration, and management to support the School's instructional and research programs and the educational mission of the Master of Public Administration program. Reference and research services are available to all residents of North Carolina, and additional assistance is available to state and local government personnel, both elected and appointed.
- Covid-19 Response

In partnership with the North Carolina Department of Commerce, the School of Government's ncIMPACT Initiative is excited to support the development of the state’s next Comprehensive Strategic Economic Development Plan by facilitating regional public listening sessions. These sessions will be held in each of North Carolina’s Prosperity Zones, along with a statewide webinar, to gather valuable input, elevate local voices, and ensure the plan reflects the needs and goals of communities across the state.
