The Joseph Palmer Knapp Library houses a large collection of material on state and local government, public administration, and management to support the School's instructional and research programs and the educational mission of the Master of Public Administration program. We are pleased to announce that the 2021 Edition of the North Carolina Trial Judges’ Bench Book, District Court, Vol. 1 Family Law, is available for purchase on the School of Government’s website. Each of the ten chapters set out below has been updated to include statutory changes and appellate opinions issued after September 2018 and through October 2021. Checklists are included for chapters Postseparation Support and Alimony, Child Support, Child Custody, and Equitable Distribution and are also compiled in a Checklists category at the end of the Volume.
