Local Government Legislative Review Update

The North Carolina General Assembly has been hard at work during the 2025 long session. In this virtual course School of Government faculty will provide an overview of recently enacted legislation in areas that impact local governments.

 

Speakers will address legislation related to:

  • Emergency Management
  • Elections
  • Planning & Zoning
  • Employment Discrimination
  • Contracting 
  • Criminal Law
  • Motor Vehicle Law
  • And miscellaneous other topics

CLE credits will be offered for the program, pending approval from the State Bar
