Trusts and Trust Proceedings for Clerks of Superior Court

This one-day seminar, offered by the North Carolina Judicial College, is open to elected and assistant clerks of superior court. This course focuses on the basics of trusts and common issues related to trusts that arise in proceedings before the clerk of superior court.  It includes sessions on trust proceedings, testamentary trusts, the intersection of guardianship and trusts, and special needs trusts.

 

The program offers approximately five hours of CLE credit.

This course will be offered in person at the School of Government.

CLE:

Trusts and Trust Proceedings for Clerks of Superior Court will offer up to five hours of CLE credit and qualifies for NC State Bar criminal law specialization credit.

Participants:

Trusts and Trust Proceedings for Clerks of Superior Court are open to Clerks of Superior Court.

Fee:

There is no fee for this course.
