Description

In 2006, several Duke lacrosse players were falsely accused of rape in a case that garnered national attention. In this session, Bradley Bannon, an attorney for one of the accused, recalls the timeline of his work in that case, and uses examples of discovery, prosecutorial misconduct, and scientific evidence to illustrate and educate those working on behalf of defenders in cases involving DNA evidence.
