The Joseph Palmer Knapp Library houses a large collection of material on state and local government, public administration, and management to support the School's instructional and research programs and the educational mission of the Master of Public Administration program. Description

This session covers sentencing for impaired driving offenses. It begins with a general overview. It then discusses sentencing hearings, determining the correct sentencing level, and additional sentencing issues. It also includes a few exercises for practice. The webinar includes a dynamic visual presentation, live audio, and interactive Q & A.
