Felony Case Prep: What’s Different in Superior Court

This session is intended for defenders making the transition from District Court to Superior Court. It offers a big-picture perspective on new challenges in Superior Court: open file discovery litigation, more formalized motion practice, increased complexity and organizational challenges, and adapting to a court of record.
