Knapp Library

Description

This session focuses on the steps that a G.S. 35A guardian ad litem attorney should take in the first week following their appointment in a case. Strategies are explored which will improve your client representation and help you to better manage your workload and stress in a case. From file setup to client outreach, and from investigation methods to writing a report, this session highlights tips and tricks that guardian ad litem attorneys can incorporate into their practice by hitting the ground running early.
