This webinar discusses the new General Rule of Practice 28 and related AOC form. It reviews the impacts of criminal debt on affected people and provides an overview to using the form and rule to obtain relief for clients from court imposed monetary obligations. It also reviews the law of monetary obligations in criminal cases and discusses where judges have discretion to provide financial relief.
