In the Matter of D.A.S., 183 N.C. App. 107 (2007)

Held:
Affirmed

The court dismissed the juvenile’s argument that the trial court erred when it entered its findings of fact because the juvenile’s brief failed to cite any authority to support this argument. The assertion in the juvenile’s brief that the juvenile “adopted and incorporated the arguments set out in” the previous argument was insufficient to comply with N.C. R. App. P. 28(b)(6).
