The trial court erred in denying the juvenile’s motion to dismiss seven of the nine petitions charging the juvenile with damaging personal and real property of several different individuals and businesses where the juvenile only admitted involvement in two of the offenses and the State failed to present individualized proof that respondent participated in the other offenses.
