A juvenile’s statements were the result of “custodial interrogation” and should have been suppressed, where she was handcuffed and placed in a patrol car and the officer’s statement that taking drugs into the jail would be another charge was made for the purpose of eliciting an incriminating response. The officer knew or should have known that his statement to the juvenile was likely to elicit an incriminating response.
