Knapp Library
The Joseph Palmer Knapp Library houses a large collection of material on state and local government, public administration, and management to support the School's instructional and research programs and the educational mission of the Master of Public Administration program. Reference and research services are available to all residents of North Carolina, and additional assistance is available to state and local government personnel, both elected and appointed.

As communications manager for the ncIMPACT Initiative, Jessica Clemons is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing communications strategies for the ncIMPACT Initiative and Carolina Across 100. Clemons brings expertise in communications from her past experiences as a marketing and communications specialist. With a passion for connecting people through meaningful content, she is most excited to amplify the impact of our work across North Carolina.

Clemons earned her bacehlor's degree in journalism with emphasis in public relations from San Diego State University and is currently pursuing her master's in digital communications at UNC-Chapel Hill.
