This course prepares practitioners to be instructors, enabling them to assist their colleagues by providing quality instruction in conference and other settings. The course will cover principles of adult education and strategies for engaging participants in active learning. Participants will be called upon to apply the principles and practices by preparing an instructional module to deliver to colleagues at a future educational offering.
