Smith's Criminal Case Compendium

This compendium includes significant criminal cases by the U.S. Supreme Court and N.C. appellate courts, Nov. 2008–Present. Selected 4th Circuit cases are also included. The dynamic database is designed for fast and precise information retrieval. It offers an easy-to-use full-text search and navigation through an extensive table of contents. Breadcrumb trails show how each entry is categorized within the case compendium. The table of contents offers highlighting to further contextualize each case summary. All case summaries are ordered by the court and presented in reverse chronological order so that readers access the most recent case first. Filters allow to limit results by date or court.
