Using the Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds Model Addendum: Purpose, Usage, Questions and Answers
The Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds Model Addendum provides units of local government in North Carolina with required and recommended contract clauses to include in procurement contracts funded by Fiscal Recovery Funds received under the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021. Local governments should use the Model Addendum in consultation with legal counsel to create or update contract language and should remove the explanatory footnotes in the Model Addendum prior to use. Local Finance Bulletin No. 60 answers questions about the Model Addendum that users may have.
