The Case Materials Index is a resource for individuals who are interested in learning about the use of mediation and facilitation on public problems. The cases describe dispute resolution at the local, state and federal level, and a few international cases are included.

Each Index entry has five elements:

To help you find cases of interest, you can also download a list of the Index issues referenced by relevant case studies.

Certain browsers will allow you to view the documents within the browser. Older browser editions or operating systems will require you to view the documents through Excel. In this case, after clicking on each link, you will be prompted by a dialog box asking you to either save the document or "open it from file". Saving the document will allow you to view the document from your computer. Opening the document from file will require you to reopen the document from this website each time you wish to view it.
