Knapp Library
The Joseph Palmer Knapp Library houses a large collection of material on state and local government, public administration, and management to support the School's instructional and research programs and the educational mission of the Master of Public Administration program. Reference and research services are available to all residents of North Carolina, and additional assistance is available to state and local government personnel, both elected and appointed.
- Covid-19 Response

The North Carolina Association of Assessing Officers (NCAAO) has approved The Jurisdiction Award to be presented each year in recognition of a county (or counties) achievement in areas of property tax assessment and/or collection, the implementation of a project, or endeavors to enhance the overall effectiveness of a county tax department. The recipient(s) will receive prestigious recognition and an award at the annual NCAAO Fall Conference in November. The NCAAO reserves the right not to give this award annually but as it deems justified.
