Master Clerks Academies

November 18-20, 2026 | Multi-Day | Location: TBA | Price: TBA

Registration will close one week before the program.

These programs provide advanced continuing education designed to meet the needs of clerks, deputy clerks, and assistant clerks to city councils, boards of county commissioners, and other local government boards.  Topics are selected based on their relevance and usefulness to clerks of all ranks and experience levels.  The goal is to promote professional growth through sessions that (1) deepen participants’ understanding of key subjects (e.g., open meetings, public records, board procedures, public notice requirements) and (2) develop practical skills that will better enable participants to fulfill their important responsibilities.
